SLW Engineering is an independent Lincolnshire-based industrial engineering business providing hands-on electrical and mechanical support directly to manufacturing sites.

The work ranges from reactive breakdown support and fault-finding through to planned maintenance, shift cover, installations, modifications and improvement work. The business is built around production environments, where reliability, safe working and clear communication matter just as much as the repair itself.

SLW aims to provide the flexibility of an independent engineer while working to the standards expected on established industrial sites. That means understanding how the equipment fits into the wider production process, communicating with operators and engineering teams, and leaving the site with a clear understanding of what has been found and what happens next.
